Autumn is in the Air

We are at the start of the latest Anything Goes Challenge at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends.  The sponsor for this challenge is Polka Doodles.

I have used an image by Polka doodles called Pumpkin Autumn Fall Fox.

I have used a digital paper from PixelScrapper.  The image is coloured with copic markers.  I added a sentiment from DeeDee's Digis, fabric border sticker and an acorn embellishment.

Chevrons

I just realised I hadn't posted this project for the midway at 12 Months of Christmas Card Challenge.  The optional twist for October is Cards with Chevrons.

This Anything Goes Challenge at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends, we are sponsored by All Dressed Up. 

I have used an image by All Dressed Up called Santa Post.  The sentiment is also from All Dressed Up, although I think this one may be retired.

I also used some borders from a Kaisercraft paper - a snowflake one for the falling snow and a lacy one for the piles of snow on the ground.  Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.

Happy Pumpkin Day

I am a bit late with this post.  I thought I had posted it at the beginning of the month but it managed to stay in draft.  Today was the first day that I have gone back to write another post and saw it still in Drafts.

This month at Incy Wincy Designs, the theme is Autumn and/or More Than One Fold.   I decided to do both an autumn card and a card with more than one fold.  This is a fold that I learned at the Stress Free Cardmakers Summit.

This picture gives a better view of the top fold and the side fold.

Mandala

 I am cutting it fine with a few monthly challenge cards this week.  I am glad that I managed to finish this one but still have another card that might not get completed (plus the ones that have already closed that didn't get completed).

I decided that the image for September would really well for a Gatefold Card.  I coloured the image using Promarkers as they have some nice bright colours and also finer nibs for getting into the smaller parts of this image.  I added gems to the corners of the front and some striped paper on the inside of the card.
