I am making my way steadily through the sketches at Kendra's Card Challenge. After this one, I have two left to do.
I picked out an image and some papers for the sketch. When I got around to colouring, I forgot that it was a snowman and not a little baby - you'd think the snow themed papers and embossing would have clued me in. That's what I get for figuring everything out and then colouring and adding the image later in the day.

I have followed Sketch 9 at Kendra's Card Challenge. The image is from Beccy's Place.
Since there are 15 sketches in the Kendra Card Challenge and 30 days in November, I have been trying to get one completed every two days to upload on an even numbered day. I'm now behind as this is the one that I should have uploaded yesterday (12th). Hopefully, I can get another one completed to upload tomorrow since we are back to even numbered days tomorrow.

I have used a red snowflake image by Beccy's Place. The papers are all scraps from previous cards. I added all the mats and papers before embossing the layered piece. I then added the embossed piece onto a red cardbase and add the snowflake image.

I have created a card using the "scraps" from yesterday's card for the letter A. I still have more scraps left after creating this card so I'm sure they will make an appearance on another card or two sometime during this month.

Along with the scraps from yesterday's card, I used an image from Beccy's Place which I coloured to match the paper. I also used an embossing folder to emboss the white cardstock base layer. I added a bit of twine to match the twine in the sketch.
I followed Sketch 14 from the quarterly challenge at Kendra's Card Challenges #16.
My final card for the quarterly sketch challenge at Kendra's Card Challenge. It might be the last time I enter (or at least attempt to) as I can't seem to master the Google form to submit the entry. It was fun creating the cards but the technology side seems to have got the better of me.

As promised, I have also added a photo of the six 6" x 6" papers that I used for this challenge. The sketches are designed in such a way that you get 15 cards out of six different papers with little or no left over pieces. The sketches do need a reasonable amount of added cardstock though.

When I was going through my paper pads looking for papers for another card, I found the pad that the papers for these cards come from. This card uses three of the six papers that I used. I wish now that I had photographed the six papers before I followed the cutting guide. I used an image from Beccy's Place. I also used an embossing folder on the base. Colouring is with copic markers and a white pencil.
