I'm using up some more of my November Scraps following the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches.  I tweaked the sketch slightly as I accidentally cut my scraps on the wrong diagonal.  To balance out the sketch, I moved the sentiment to the top of the card.

 I have created another two cards with this same design earlier in the month but I realised that the photos I took of them don't show the dimension of the card.  So, this time I took two photos - an extra one with it pulled almost flat so that the dimension can be seen.

 I managed to complete the second card from the presentation by Natasha Foote at the Stress Free Cardmaker's Summit.

This one involves placing smallish scraps on double sided adhesive with gaps between.  Once all the pieces are down, sprinkling glitter in over the top to 'grout' the piece.

Some of the presenters at the various summits have bonus extra.  For the Stress Free  Cardmaker's Summit, Kendra gave away a set of sketches that weren't part of her presentation.  I don't know that I have large enough scraps to create many of the sketches but I was particuarly drawn to this one

Day 28 at Beccy's Place Month of Holiday Cards and one of the harder days for finding things with that letter.  Colours are no problem but I have only ever found one tutorial for the letter Y (thanks Beccy) and Beccy doesn't have any images starting with Y so I am usually stretching it.  The last few years I have turned a row boat into a yacht (badly but I'm not good at drawing) but this year I decided that this koala was Yodelling through Christmas carols

O Christmas Tree

Another card learned at a presentation by Sassy's LLC at the virtual Scrapbookers Fun Summit earlier this month.  I had to adapt the card size slightly as my circle dies didn't match the size of the card.  The paper, image and sentiment are all from the digital kit that was supplied for the presentation.

Ho Ho Ho

This is another card using the digital kit supplied by Alicia McNamara for her presentation at Cardmaker's Christmas Summit.  I changed this up a bit for this one and changed the shaker element into a straight layered image.  I also added more of the leaves and poinsettia flowers from the kit.  I made the box from the presentation to hold the cards.

It's the most eXhausting time of the year

Day 27 and we are into the couple of days that there are very few options for card folds.  Today's one has two options and the next letter has only one.  I decided to return to my favourite of the two "X" folds.  Normally I don't follow the tutorial as the finished card is quite small.  However, when I was cutting out the pieces, I forgot that I usually double the measurements.  It was quite fiddly to make but the finished piece is quite cute.

This is another card from the Stress Free Cardmaker's Summit.  The presenter (Tiffany Solorio) used white ink for her stamping but my first attempt with the white ink didn't show up.  I think my ink pad needs reinking but I was unable to locate my reinker (I'm sure that I have one for it).  So, purple it is.  I'd like to try this one again when I re-ink my white inkpad.
