Anything Goes at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends.

It is time for a new Anything Goes challenge at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends.  This time, we are sponsored by The Stamping Boutique and Glitterbabe.

I have used an image from Glitterbabe called On The Mantle

I have also used a paper and tag from Michele R Designs, some mesh ribbon, some enamel dots, washi tape (on tag) and a chipboard sentiment.  Colouring of the image is with copic markers.

I would like to enter my project into these challenges:

Prosperity at The Path of Positivity

We are now midway through the Prosperity challenge at The Path of Positivity.  This month, we are sponsored by The Stamping Boutique/Glitterbabe and Limited Runs.

I have used an image from Glitterbabe called "Clipboard"

I also used a sentiment from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles and some background paper from Rosie's Studio.  Colouring of the image is with copic markers.  Embellishments used are pearls from Rosie's Studio,  a key die-cut from cardstock using a Memory Box die, dome sticker and embellishments from Amy Tangerine.

Superman

As soon as I saw this image, I thought of Superman - and thought it would be a great image for a boy's card.  However, I haven't got around to actually creating a card with it until now!

I am entering my card into these challenges:
Love To Create - Inspired by Song, Book or Movie

Kenny K - Kids
http://kennykskraftykrew.blogspot.co.uk/2014/08/challenge-178-kids.html

I have used a paper from Spyders Corner for the background.  The image is from Kenny K and the sentiment is from Glitterbabe.  I coloured the image using copic markers E00, B29, B24, R29, R27, Y15, 100.  I added some faux stitching and arrows using Distress Marker - Chipped Sapphire.

Ground Control to Major Tom

There is a David Bowie song that always makes me think of outer space and astronauts and things.  And of course, these are good ideas for boys birthday cards!

I am entering my card into the following challenges:

The background paper is from Kaisercraft.  The image is from Digi Stamps 4 Joy.  I have coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from Glitterbabe.

Hope your birthday is a blast!

I had fun creating a boy's birthday card for a change:

I am entering the card into the following challenges:
Crafting For All Seasons - Birthday

Musically Challenged - Anything Beatles
http://musicallychallengedchallenge.blogspot.gr/2013/12/challenge-15-anything-beatles-goes.html

I have used paper from a paper pad called Rockstar by DCWV.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from Glitterbabe.  I die-cut the sentiment into a star shape to co-ordinate in with the stars on the image.

Usually for the Musically Challenged Challenge, I work from the video.  This time we were given a brief of Anything Beatles so I went with the general feel of the band and the era.

Monster Mash

I had two monsters that I considered putting together for this card - then I thought of the Bobby Pickett song from way back called "Monster Mash".  This is what came of that inspiration:

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

I have used monsters from both Pollycraft and Little Miss Muffet for this card.  The fantastic space type paper comes from Spyder's Corner - doesn't it just look like outer space!!!  The sentiment comes from Glitterbabe.
