Sunflower

I'm hoping for some sunshine today as it has been several days of rain.  It isn't quite sunrise at the time I'm typing this so I'm not sure what sort of day we are in for.

I have used a digital paper from PixelScrapper.  The image is from Newton's Nook.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I added some Glossy Accents to the ladybird.  I also added some polka dot grosgrain ribbon to match with the colours and dots on the paper.

Bloom

A bit of a summery card today as summer is starting to draw to an end.  Technically, it is autumn now but we are still having a few days that feel summery.  Just the overnight temperatures make you realise that it is in fact autumn!

I have used a plaid patterned paper from Couture Creations  The image and sentiment are from Newton's Nook.  I added some green plaid ribbon, some ladybird stickers and a wooden ladybird embellishment.  Colouring of the image and edge of the die-cut is with copic markers.

I think winter is starting to set in here.  We have had rain for two days straight.  Just as well I don't have anything that needs doing outside just at the moment.  It gives me a good excuse to do some crafting!

I have used a paper and two border strips from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image and sentiment are from Newton's Nook and coloured with copic markers and Spectrum Noir markers.  I added a wooden sunflower embellishment to which I added some colour with a copic marker so that it matched the image.

I have used a pink paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Newton's Nook and is coloured with copic markers.  I also used a flower embellishment, some pearls from Rosie's Studio and some lace from Sullivans.
