I'm having another night where I am having sleep issues so rather than trying to force sleep (which doesn't work) I've got back up and am going to do a few things for a while.  I thought I'd add this card while I was at it.

I have used a digital paper from Lozzy.  The image is from SJS Lines and the sentiment is typed on the computer.  Colouring is with copic markers and Wink of Stella.  I used a Marianne Design die to cut the image out and then lightly inked with Cosmic Shimmer paste.  I also added some twine at the bottom and tied a bow with the same twine.

Which Costume?

My daughter is in her second year of a Costume Degree so I often think of cards along those lines.  This time I decided to do a couple of pages in an altered book:

I have applied a couple of layers of gesso to the page.  I then inked the left page with Distress Ink - Black Soot and the right page with Distress Ink - Barn Door.  Both images used are from SLS Lines and coloured with copic markers.  I have also used so tape measures from a Collage Scrap Pack, some Halloween themed confetti, a chipboard flower embellishment and some tag shaped domed stickers.

I have used a paper from Trimgym for the background.  The shaker elements are gold sequin stars - I thought they matched the stars in the image perfectly!  The image is from SLS Lines and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some faux stitching some with a Distress Marker as well as some glitter domes as corner embellishments.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  I added some floral washi tape across the centre.  The image is from SLS Lines and has been coloured with copic markers.  I matted with some yellow cartridge paper and then some orange cardstock.

I used a heavy duty cardstock for the tag and covered it with some washi tape.  The image is from SLS Lines and is coloured with copic makers.  I edged the image and tag with Distress Ink - Dusty Concord.  I added a sentiment using a Promarker and also added a star shaped brad.

I have used some Kraft cardstock from a kraft paper pad by American Crafts.  The image is from SLS Lines and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some Stickles to the wings.  I die-cut using a Marianne's die and then embellished the die-cut with some Liquid Pearls.  I also added some Liquid Pearls to the top right of the card.  The sentiment is from a paper pad by Kaisercraft called "Silver Bells".

Wishing you a Speedy Recovery

This is the hardest image that I have worked with.  After looking at it for a while, I thought he looked quite sick with the marks on his face - so decided to go with a Get Well card with a difference.  I'm still not that sure about the card - but I'm glad that I didn't baulk at the challenge!

I have used a patterned paper from MME for the background.  The image is from SLS Lines and the sentiment from Desert Diva.  I die-cut the image and sentiment using dies from Spellbinders.  I coloured the image with copic markers and inked the edges with Distress Ink - Peacock Feathers.  I also added some glitter ribbon and some pearls from Rosie's Studio.

I have used a template from an Australian magazine for the easel card.  The image is from SLS Lines and has been cut to include the head but not the body.  I used some scrapbook paper from my stash, a strip of washi tape from Sugar and Spice Studio, some pearls from Rosie's Studio and a swirl cut from a Memory Box die.

I have used a bold printed floral paper from a paper pad.  The image is coloured with copic markers and then matted.  I also used two different colours of ribbon, three pearls and some pearl paper cut into a fancy square using a Spellbinders die.
