Wrapped Up in the Holidays

 We are at the midway point of the Gifts/Presents Card Challenge at 12 Months of Christmas.

I have used some digital papers from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.  The image is from Some Odd Girl and the sentiment is from Bugaboo Stamps.  Colouring is witch copic markers.  I have also add some gift/present puffy stickers.

Happy Birthday

I couldn't sleep last night (which I am paying the price for now) and so I decided to use up some of my scrap pieces of digital paper.  I used more of a patchwork layout as the pieces were all different shapes and sizes.

I have used four digital papers - Bearly Mine Designs (circle) DIY and Digital Designs (red), unknown (paisley) and also unknown (wavy stripes).  The image is from Some Odd Girl and the sentiment is from Desert Diva.  Colouring is with copic markers and Wink of Stella.  I added some orange strips over the joins in the patterned papers.

Make Your Christmas Merry

After having a couple of weeks where I have either been too busy or too tired to craft, I'm finally feeling a little bit more energetic.

Initially when I saw the theme of the challenge at Delicious Doodles, I thought of fangs.  Then I saw this Christmas image with the teeth showing and as I love creating Christmas cards, I was inspired to used this one.

I have used a paper from a Christmas paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  The image is from Delicious Doodles and is coloured with copic markers.  I also added some Stickles to the image.  I matted with green glitter cardstock from American Crafts.  I also used some Christmas themed washi tape and an acrylic sentiment stamp from Some Odd Girl.

After being away in Wellington with my son's swimming all last week, I'm still playing catch-up and I'm only just getting this card submitted in time!

After making a card using small pieces of 5 different Bearly Mine Designs papers, I had a fair bit of each left over.  So, I have used two of them on this card, although one of them is a bit hard to see as the flower embellishments have kind of taken over!  The image is one from Some Odd Girl and is called Elf Kaylee.  I have coloured her up to match the background papers.  The ribbon is from American Crafts and is a grosgrain ribbon.  The sentiment is an acrylic stamp (brand unknown) and has been embellished with some green rhinestones from Kaisercraft.
