Watercolour Pumpkin

 I actually managed to find some time to upload this card before the last minute.  Go Me.

 

I have used watercolour paints along with coloured pencils for the colouring.  I kept it simple by layering the image on to some coloured cardstock and then onto the cardbase (using foam tape).  The image is by Nan Murphy.

Flower and Bee

 This month's Progressive Freebie Image at The Outlawz Challenge is a flower and bee.  I decided to scale it to be a full card front size.  I did need to trim it a little as it didn't scale to an A6 size.

I used Distress Stain Sprays and Distress Oxide Spray to create the background. I also added some white splatters with some white acrylic.  I fussy cut the images and collaged them.  Colouring of the images is with copic markers.

I have used a digital paper that was in my stash (not sure of the origin of it).  The image is the freebie image from The Outlawz.  I wasn't really sure what to do with this image so I kept it as one image and blinged up the clouds a bit.

I decided that the image for September would really well for a Gatefold Card.  I coloured the image using Promarkers as they have some nice bright colours and also finer nibs for getting into the smaller parts of this image.  I added gems to the corners of the front and some striped paper on the inside of the card.

After having printer issues for 3-4 weeks late July/August, I'm running rather behind with all my monthly projects.  I am pleased that I'm submitting this with a few hours left until the end of the month.
