Bath Time

I have had a whole heap of letter stickers for a while now and never seem to use them.  This particular set was in the right colours for this card.

I have used an aquatic themed paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft called Sandy Toes.  I added some webbed ribbon in an aqua colour.  The image is from QKR Stampede and has been coloured with copic markers G29, G21, B05, B000, B02 plus I added some Stickles and Liquid Pearls to the water.  As well as the letter stickers I also dotted some pearls around the card.

I teamed poinsettia paper, image and die-cut together for this card.

I have used two papers from a paper pad by Sugar and Spice Studio and the strips are cut from an offcut of a Kaisercraft paper.  The image is from A Day for Daisies and is coloured with copic markers.  I matted with some red cardstock from Rosie's Studio.  The poinsettia is cut from a Memory Box die which has several layers of poinsettia.  I also added some green glitter domes.

Here is the sketch that is my inspiration for the layout:

As you can see I changed the pentagon shape to a circle - I don't have a pentagon die and I just know if I tried to freehand cut it would be lopsided!

Is that a surfboard?

When I first looked at this image I thought it was a surfboard!  Very clever image!

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft called Sandy Toes.  The sentiment is a die-cut from the same paper pad.  The image is from Make It Crafty and is coloured with copic markers.  I also added some glitter border stickers and a metal brad.

We are now midway through the challenge at Scribbles Designs and time for a little midway reminder!  I decided to go with B is for Birdhouse and bug:

I have used a pretty paper from Kaisercraft for the background.  The image is Birdhouse 4 from Scribbles Designs and the sentiment is Enjoy Quote also from Scribbles Designs.   I also used some lace from Sullivans, some white pearls and some leaves die-cut from green cardstock using Tattered Lace Dies.   Colouring of the image and sentiment is with copic markers.

Happiness

The new challenge at Path Of Positivity is all about Happiness.    We have two sponsors this month and they are Imagine That and Sentimental Susan:

I decided to create a canvas for my first make this month:

I sprayed my canvas with three colours of Dylusions ink to represent the sky, hills and sand.  The image that I have used is Beach Day from Sentimental Susan.  I coloured the image with copic markers to match the Dylusions Inks.  I die-cut a sentiment and a beach bucket and spade using Memory Box dies.  I also added some little shell shaped beads.

I have used the image called Lazy House Cat and I rotated the sketch to suit:

I have used a bold printed floral paper from a paper pad.  The image is coloured with copic markers and then matted.  I also used two different colours of ribbon, three pearls and some pearl paper cut into a fancy square using a Spellbinders die.

Here is what I created using Christmas Brat Girl Present

I have used a paper from a Christmas paper pad.  The image from Bugaboo Stamps has been coloured with copic markers and then has some Stickles and Glossy Accents added.  I also added a felt tree embellishment and some Liquid Pearls (including on the felt tree!)
