I have used a black card blank.  I embossed a piece of red card using an embossing folder called "More Dots" from Craft Creations.  I added some washi tape over the top.  The image is from Delicious Doodles and has been coloured with copic markers.  I used black cardstock for matting.  I also added a puffy heart from Pebbles.

Tropical Girl

A bit of a tropical feel to this card - partly inspired by the temperatures we are currently experiencing.  Even yesterday when it was overcast all day, it was really humid and muggy.
