Christmas Wishes

The red and white theme here wasn't intentional - it sort of evolved from the paper choice.  The image made me think of gingham - and it kind of went from there!

Crafting with Friends - Anything Goes
http://crafting-with-friends.blogspot.co.nz/2016/11/challenge-32.html

I have used a gingham patterned paper from a christmas paper pad by Kaisercraft. The sentiment and border are from the same paper pad.  The image is from QKR Stampede and is coloured with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  I die-cut with a Spellbinder die and added some small red pearls.

Happy Birthday

This is an image my daughter can really relate to.  She has just finished her second year of a costume degree.  Earlier this year, they made corsets - and she is keen to make another one.

Christmas Kitty

I managed to use up some offcuts of Christmas patterned paper for this card:

I have used a scrapbook paper for the background.  The matting is green cardstock.  I also used offcuts of two christmas papers - at least one of them is from Kaisercraft although I'm not sure about the polka dot one.  The image is from Sami Stamps and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some shine with some Glossy Accents and some faux stitching with a Distress Marker.  The digital sentiment is from Desert Diva.

Christmas Candy Cane

Where has the year gone?  It seems like it has just flown this year.  I hope you have your Christmas cards all created - I have thanks to being on the DT for CHNC Extra!  Speaking of which, if you need some inspiration for your remaining christmas cards you can find it here.  And then come back and link up your christmas creations.

As usual, we are sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps.

I have used an image from Bugaboo Stamps called JJ Christmas - Candy Cane.

I also used a striped paper from a christmas paper pad, some red cardstock for matting and some red gems from Rosie's Studio.
