Winter Blues

With blue being a cool colour - it makes winter scenes more authentic I think.

I have used a blue polka dot paper for the background.  I added three stripes of satin ribbon.  The image is from Ike's Art and has hints of copic marker G000 and B000 throughout.  I matted with blue glitter cardstock from DCWV.  I also added three blue rhinestones.
