Altered Notebook

Time for a new challenge at Incy Wincy Designs.  This challenge we have a theme of "Altering Something" and we are sponsored by Oddball Art Company and Bugaboo Stamps.

I have used an image from Bugaboo Stamps called Oval Roses.

I covered the notebook in some layers of Gesso - took a few to cover what was previously there!  I then mist sprayed with Dylusions Ink so that the gesso shows through in place.  I added some gold Angelina Fibre for a bit of texture.  I sprayed a heart shaped doily with another colour of Dylusions Ink and also die-cut a flower using a Tattered Lace die and some red cardstock.  To help secure the Angelina Fibre, I added two red enamel dots.
