I have used a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers.  I added some Kindy Glitz to the bow on her dress.  I also used some lace from Sullivans, a polka dot bow and some glitter domes.
