I got out my Dylusions Ink Sprays for my background for this card. It makes a very authentic looking aquatic background. The image is from QKR Stampede and is coloured with copic markers B05, B02, BG49, BG15. I added some Glossy Accents to the bubbles. I also added some further bubbles to the card in the form of crystal gems. The digital sentiment is from Deedee's Digis
