I have used a paper from a christmas paper pad by Rosie's Studio. The image is from Fresh Brewed Designs and is coloured with copic markers. I added a digital sentiment over the top of some Kindy Glitz. I also added a border to both the image and sentiment using a Faber Castell Artist Pen.
