I have used a digital paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.  The image is from Babycakes Digis and Designs and I'm not certain of the source of the sentiment.  Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  I also used some satin ribbon and some glitter foam snowflake embellishments.
