Red, White and Blue

The challenge at Incy Wincy Designs is Red + White + Blue and/or Sparkly/Glitter.  The sponsors for the challenge are Alex Syberia Design and Lee Holland Designs.


I have used an image from Alex Syberia Design called Plumeria.


I triple matted the image using red, white and blue cardstock.  Colouring of the image is with copic markers.  I also added white pearls to the centre of some of the flowers.
