I have used a paper from a paper pad called "Sandy Toes" by Kaisercraft. The image is from Stitchy Bear Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers. I matted with some blue cardstock and then raised up the image using mount tape. I also added some strips of rhinestones and pearls.
This is lovely and definitely a sweet treat. Great design and image. Thank you for entering the OSAAT challenge this fortnight - we hope to see you again.
