Monochromatic Christmas

Remember B&W TV - or am I dating myself here!  Anyways, that is the inspiration for the colour scheme for this card.

The backing paper for this card comes from a mini pack by Trimgym Digital Stamps.  The image is also from Trimgym.  I have used copic markers for the colouring of the image.  The white ribbon roses I decided to colour black to match the lace.  I added a little bit of kindy glitz to the centre of the roses to give them a bit of sparkle.

This card is being entered into the following challenges:

CRAFT Challenge - Monochromatic

Trimgym - Christmas

Christmas All Year Round - Traditional image + non-traditional colours

I'm fairly confident that Black & White is a non-traditional colour scheme!

I don't usually do this but I'm going to do a bit of a plug for one of the challenges above (only because I'm often the only one to enter!).  Have a look at the one at Trimgym - the papers are provided as a freebie so I'm surprised that I'm the first entry in again this month.  The link to the challenge is listed above so please have a look.
