I have used a tree ornament themed paper from MME for the background.  The image is from Eureka Stamps and is coloured with copic markers E02, E00, RV23.  I die-cut using a Spellbinders die.  I added some blue (coloured with copic marker B29) and red bling around the die-cut.  The sentiment is from Sans Designs and has been edged with copic marker B29.
