I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Sheepski Designs and is coloured with copic markers.  I inked the edge of the die with some Distress Ink.  The sentiment is from When The Scrap Hits The Fun.  I also added a journal card and a suitcase embellishment as well as a pennant
