I have used a paper and sentiment from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  I have used two offcut pieces which may also be from paper pads by Kaisercraft.  Matting is black cardstock.  The image is from Sheepski Designs.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I also added some grey grossgrain ribbon from American Crafts.
