Play Me A Tune

What started off to be a grey overcast day gave us some sunshine for a good part of the day but we have finished the day with lots of rain!  I have used just three colours (excluding skin tone) for this card - so that could be my Three Of A Kind.  Then again, I also added three Nuvo Pearl Drops which is what I originally intended to be my Three Of A Kind!

I have used a subtle patterned paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Dr Digi's House Of Stamps.  I double matted the image so that I had used all three colours behind the image.  I also added some Nuvo Drops.

It looks like it is going to be a better day here weatherwise.  Although the sky is still grey, the sun is trying to peek through.  Hopefully, it will!  The garden will probably still be too wet to tidy up but hopefully we'll get a few nice days so that I can get it done.

I have used a paper from a christmas paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  The image and sentiment are from Eureka Stamps and coloured with copic markers.  I also used some gold glitter tape and some glitter domes.

For My Special Man

I've finally finished one more card from an earlier in the year challenge.  Just the February one to go now!  I wanted to finish them as I had the images printed out - so may as well use them rather than waste them.  I had a bit of a struggle with this one - not great with masculine cards!

I have used a paper and a sentiment tag from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Anne's Digital Art and is coloured with copic markers and Wink Of Stella.  I also added ome glitter domes and some ric rac braid.

I created a scene using two digital papers from Imagine That! Digis along with an image also from Imagine That! Digis.  Colouring of the image is with copic markers.  I also added a piece of satin ribbon across the join between the sun and the sea.

I have used a paper from a vintage themed paper pad.  The image is from Rick St Dennisand is coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles and is also coloured with copic markers.  I added some flower pieces further embellished with pearls from Rosie's Studio.

We have rain again today!  I suppose at least all the spring flowers are getting a good watering.  But it doesn't give me a chance to get out and tidy the garden ready for spring planting.
