Under The Sea - Freebie Friday and Recipe

The final challenge for the week long Under The Sea Challenge at Catch The Bug.  Whew - what a fun week.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
Catch The Bug - Under The Sea Day Seven

Tuesday Morning Sketches - Sketch
http://tuesdaymorningsketches.blogspot.co.nz/2017/01/tuesday-morning-sketches-386.html

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and coloured with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  I also added Glossy Accents to the lips and eyes.  I printed out the image twice and cut a pennant shape around the sentiment.  Pearls have been added to four of the bubbles and two bows to the top of the image.  I edged the sentiment and image with a copic marker.
