I also used digital papers from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles. Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz. I added some blue snowflake shaped gems and some clear gems.

Penguin Power
The February Challenge at 12 Months Of Christmas has a theme of Penguin Power. I have made a card for inspiration at the midway point of the challenge. This month's sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps.
I have used an image from Bugaboo Stamps called Ornaments Penguin.
