Under The Sea

I decided on a more minimalist look for this card so that the water in the background paper could be seen.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Tiddly Inks and is coloured with copic markers and Wink Of Stella.  I added some gemstones to the card - I think they look like water bubbles!
