Happiness Truth Love

 I have gone with non-traditional valentines/love colors for this card - matched the paper instead.

I have used a digital paper from Trimgym.  The image is from All Dressed Up.  Coloring is with copic markers and Wink of Stella.  I also added some die-cut flowers and added Nuvo Drops to all the flower centres.
