I have used a paper from my stash (not sure of the source).  The image is from Anne's Digital Art and the sentiment is a clear or rubber stamp (not sure as I it was in my Awaiting Crafting box).   Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  Inking is with Distress Ink.  I also added some narrow red satin ribbon.
