A little rain must fall

This card has definitely been inspired by our recent weather.  I'm sure that this is the wettest spring that we have had.  We have seen a little bit of sunshine but even then it isn't that warm outside.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  The image and sentiment are from QKR Stampede.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I added some Glossy Accents to the eyes.  I also added some aqua coloured fabric tape and some gemstones.
