I have used a paper from a christmas paper pad by Kaisercraft. The image is called Mindy and is from Sheepski Designs. Colouring is with copic markers. The bauble has Glossy Accents added to it to make it shine. I also used some washi tape from MME.
I followed the sketch at Feeling Sketchy.
