Time To Drink Champagneand Dance On the Table

It is the middle of September which means it is the start of another challenge at Scribbles Designs.  This month, the theme is to prominently use Kraft Paper in your creation.

I also used a patterned kraft paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I added some book embellishments from Computer Scrapbook.
