I have used a paper from my stash.  The tag has been die-cut using a Sissix Tag Die.  The image is the current freebie from A Day for Daisies.  The sentiment is from Paper Smooches.  The die-cut used on the image is a Lattice Rectangle from Spellbinders.  I have embellished the card with some grosgrain ribbon and a pearl.
