I have used a digital paper from The Paper Shelter for the background.  The image is also from The Paper Shelter.  The sentiment is one that I typed out on the computer.  I embossed a tag shape with a circle themed embossing folder from Couture Creations.  I inked over the tag and sentiment with some Metallic Gilding Polish from Cosmic Shimmer.  Colouring of the image is with copic markers.  I also added a couple of glitter enamel dots to keep with the circle theme.
