I have used two digital papers from Spyder's Corner.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and I'm not sure of the source of the sentiment.  Colouring is with copic markers and Wink Of Stella.  I also added some Glossy Accents to the water.  I also added some light yellow gemstones.
