I have used some cream patterned Kraft Card from MME.  The doily is from a pack of unbranded doilies.  I used cream cardstock from DCWV for matting.  The image is from Eureka Stamps and coloured with copic markers E53, E51, RV10.  I also used some Glossy Accents on the nose and bauble.  The sentiment is from Desert Diva and I also added a bit of colour using copic marker E51.  I added three cream pearls from Rosie's Studio.
