Sea, Sand and Surf

Not really the weather for that here in New Zealand but I'm sure where many of you are it is!  Take inspiration from the sea, sand and surf and join in with the challenge at Scribbles Designs Challenge Blog.

Here is my summery beach scene:

I am entering my card into these challenges:
The Outlawz Thursday Challenge
Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenges - Water Water Everywhere

I have used a Memory Box stencil and Distress Ink - Peacock Feathers to create the splashy background.  The image is a merging of two images from Scribbles Designs - To The Beach and Sand Pail and Shovel.  I have coloured using copic markers and then added a border of waves around the edge using Distress Marker - Peacock Feathers.  I have added five pearls to add to the aquatic theme!

  1. Fantastic image! LOVE It!! Love your doodling.. Love the added pearls too! Love it!! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Open-Minded Crafting Fun Challenges!!! Good Luck! I hope we see you again!!
