I have used a pink brick wall digital paper from Lozzy.  I added some pretty ribbon that I have had in my stash as well as the last piece of a narrow pink ribbon.  I also added some flowers to the corners as per the sketch below.  Colouring of the image is with copic markers and the edges of the image and sentiment are inked with Distress Ink.
