The first challenge for the month of March at Incy Wincy Designs has a choice of themes - Work/Play and/or Big Hearts. I chose to create with the Big Hearts theme. The sponsor for this challenge is All Dressed Up.
I have used an image from All Dressed Up called Happy 40/50/60th
I also used some digital papers from my Awaiting Crafting box (source unknown). Colouring is with copic markers. I also added some flower puff stickers.
