I have used items from a set by Luna Girl called Music Digital Collage Set.
I added a sentiment from Desert Diva. I like the vintage look of it with the feather quill and also the musical reference. I also inked the edges of the layers.
Vintage images aren't really my favorite but Luna Girl has some gorgeous images. Love your music card!
