I had a play with some Brusho powders to create a background. I only lightly spritzed the water so that it was more of a splashy background.

I have used three colours of Brusho Powders for the background. The digital paper is from Trimygym. The image is from Oddball Art Company and the sentiment is from Anji's Antics. Colouring is with copic markers.
